By creating an account or using the RealNorth app or website ("the Service"), you agree to these terms.
The Service is operated by RealNorth, a sole proprietorship of Jyotsna Saini, based at Jaipur, Rajasthan 302017, India. That is the entity you contract with when you buy a plan, and the entity these terms refer to as "we" and "us".
RealNorth is a self-study tool: previous-year question (PYQ) practice, study notes, score estimation and a daily study plan for Rajasthan government recruitment exams. RealNorth is a private product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to RSSB, RPSC, the Government of Rajasthan or any government body.
Sign-in is via your Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person; accounts are not transferable.
Core browsing and limited daily practice are free. A paid plan unlocks unlimited practice, mock tests, solutions and planning features across every exam we cover, for a fixed period shown at checkout. Plans are one-time purchases with no auto-renewal — access simply ends when the period ends. Prices are in INR and are the ones displayed at checkout.
How you pay depends on where you buy. On the website, payments are processed by Cashfree Payments, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator; your card and UPI credentials are entered on Cashfree's checkout and are never received or stored by us. In the Android app, purchases are made through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's terms. Either way, see our Refund Policy for what happens if a payment goes wrong.
Don't scrape, copy at scale, resell, reverse-engineer, or share accounts. Automated access and abuse of rate limits may lead to suspension. Content in the Service (questions curated from public examination papers, original notes, explanations, software) is protected; personal study use only.
Score estimates, cutoff comparisons, plans and "verdicts" are statistical aids based on past data — they are not predictions or promises. Exam authorities change patterns, cutoffs and syllabi. Your selection depends on you. We make reasonable efforts at accuracy but do not warrant that content is error-free.
Questions, answers and solutions in the app are compiled from public sources and, in part, generated with AI. They reflect our best available knowledge at the time of creation and are not guaranteed to be correct or complete. Always verify important facts against official sources before relying on them.
We may update, add or remove features, and may suspend the Service for maintenance. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. The Service is provided "as is".
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
