Tell us the exam, the year and the question number, and paste the question text if you have it. Reports that identify the paper get fixed; reports that say only “a question was wrong” cannot be traced.
Packs are one-time purchases and never auto-renew, so there is no subscription to cancel. See the refund and cancellation policy for what happens if a payment fails or is charged twice.
