RealNorth plans are one-time purchases of digital access — there is no subscription and no auto-renewal, so there is nothing to "cancel": access simply ends when your plan period ends.
Purchases are non-refundable. RealNorth's free tier exists exactly so you can decide before paying: you can browse the full question bank, see your estimated score and cutoff, read starter notes, and take free practice quizzes every day — no payment details required. A paid plan unlocks instantly on purchase, and digital access once granted cannot be returned.
All purchases are made via Google Play Billing. Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policy — you can request a refund directly from the Google Play Store (Account → Order history), and Google processes it to your original payment method.
Money debited but plan not activated, or charged twice for one plan? That is always made right. If Google Play hasn't already reversed it, email us with the Play order ID and we will help verify and get the failed/duplicate charge refunded in full. This has no time limit.
Email support@realnorth.app from your registered Google email with the Google Play order ID, approximate payment date and amount. We respond within 3 business days.
