पैक अपने आप रिन्यू नहीं होता, इसलिए बाद में अपने आप पैसे नहीं कटेंगे।
पैसा कट गया पर एक्सेस नहीं मिला — ऐसी स्थिति में support@realnorth.app पर लिखें, वह अलग बात है और उसे ठीक किया जाएगा।

RealNorth plans are one-time purchases of digital access — there is no
subscription and no auto-renewal, so there is nothing to "cancel":
access simply ends when your plan period ends.
All sales are final
Purchases are non-refundable. RealNorth's free tier exists exactly
so you can decide before paying: without an account you can read every exam's
syllabus, its subject- and year-wise weightage, and sample past-paper
questions with their answers; signed in, you get three practice quizzes a
day, with written solutions on the exams that have them — no payment details
required. A paid plan unlocks instantly on purchase, and digital access once
granted cannot be returned.

How you pay
Where you buy decides who processes the money, and that decides how a
refund is handled:
On the website (app.realnorth.app) — payments are processed by
Cashfree Payments, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator, using UPI,
cards, net banking or wallets. Your card and UPI credentials are entered on
Cashfree's secure checkout and are never received or stored by RealNorth.
In the Android app — purchases are made via Google Play
Billing and are subject to
Google Play's
refund policy. You can request a refund directly from the Play Store
(Account → Order history) and Google processes it to your original payment
method.
The one exception: payment errors
Money debited but the plan not activated, or charged twice for the same
plan? That is always made right, with no time limit.
Website purchases — email us with the order reference (it starts
with rn_) or the UPI/bank reference. We verify the payment
against Cashfree's records and either activate the plan you paid for or
refund the charge in full to the original payment method. Once we initiate
a refund, banks typically credit it within 5–7 working days.
App purchases — if Google Play has not already reversed it, email
us the Play order ID and we will verify and get it refunded in full.
