Delete your account

You can permanently delete your RealNorth account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is irreversible.

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

Open the RealNorth app → Settings → Delete account → confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — By email

If you can't access the app, email support@realnorth.app from the Google email you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We verify it's you and delete your account within 30 days (usually sooner).

What gets deleted

Your profile (name, email, chosen exam, preferences)
Quiz attempts, scores, streaks, revision queue and progress
Notes-read history and any in-app activity
Your notification device token
Your sign-in identity

What we may retain

Records we are legally required to keep — chiefly purchase/transaction records for tax and accounting — are retained for the period mandated by law, then deleted. These are not used to identify or contact you.
